Job Requirement:
12+ years in BPO operations, Fice Accounting services (Automotive domain added advantage)
5+ years in senior leadership or director-level roles, leading large-scale global operations of 700+ FTEs.
Robust experience in multi-tower delivery, goverce, contract negotiations, and operational excellence.
Deep expertise in digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and ERP/platform modernization ( SAP).
Robust commercial acumen with a proven track record in managing RFPs, RFQs, budgets, revenue, and profitability.
Available to work in UK hours.

Job Responsibilities:
Leads global, multi-tower operations for 1000+ FTEs, driving strategic execution, performance stability, and resource optimization across delivery locations.
Spearheads digital transformation initiativesincluding automation, AI, analytics, and ERP modernizationto improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Manages end-to-end ficial goverce, ensuring commercial discipline, profitability,



and robust executive-level client partnerships while supporting business growth.
Builds organizational capability by developing leaders, strengthening succession pipelines, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and innovation.
Ensures smooth functioning by overseeing operations teams.
Participates in organizational initiatives and discussions for growth and development.
Ensures optimal staffing and spearheads recruitment and training strategies.
Works closely with the leadership to develop and implement strategy to achieve departmental objectives and targets.
Oversees ficial functions for the team and drives ficial efficiency for the team.
Supports business development by participating in business development initiatives and discussions with internal stakeholders and clients.
Represents team in leadership and client meetings.
