Multiple Roles in Finance (Revenue Booking, Placements, Invoices)
Position 1 - Team Lead - Insurance Claims and Placement.
Graduate in any discipline.
Mandatory - Minimum work experience of 6+ in Insurance domain (NA).
Should be currently working in night shift or demonstrated experience working in night shift in the recent past.
Robust knowledge on various applications like GG, APLUS & SFDC etc (Preferred)etc.
Should have experience on handling Policy admin & Claims tasks- Bookings/Binders/Policy issuance/Cancellation etc (Preferred Skill set) and claims
High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently
Practical experience in driving automation or process excellence initiatives
Should have managed team appraisals
Self-motivated individual, Positive and pro-active manner, Team player, Positive qualified attitude,
willingness to learn
Business fluent in English (reading and writing)- Exception interpersonal & Communication Skills
Advanced task planning time management skills and experience of scheduling tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities
Robust excel and PPT skills.
Position 2 - Asst Manager - Revenue Booking
Minimum 7+ years of experience
Insurance Broking domain experience is mandatory.
Team handling experience is mandatory
Placement/Pre- Placement/ Premium team handling experience
Indian / International Market experience.
Insurance broking experience
