Role & responsibilities
Project Execution & Governance

Owns end-to-end tracking of all CEO-directed projects and the governance rhythm that keeps them on schedule.
Own end-to-end tracking of all CEO-directed projects from kickoff to closure.
Set up governance cadences (reviews, trackers, escalation paths) so nothing slips without visibility.
Ensure projects are delivered on or before committed timelines; flag risks early.
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Management

Drives the AOP from a planning document into a tracked, cross-functional operating rhythm.
Coordinate AOP creation across functions and consolidate inputs.
Track quarterly progress and report variances with root-cause context.
Analytics & Decision Support

Converts organizational data into a real-time, decision-ready view for the CEO.
Build and maintain dashboards/MIS giving visibility across functions.
Convert raw data into insights that inform decisions, not just reports.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

Acts as the coordination point between the CEO's office and all function heads.
Coordinate between the CEO's office and function heads (HR, Finance, Sales, Ops, etc.).




Manage internal and external stakeholder communication with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure alignment across teams on shared deliverables and deadlines.
Executive Support

Protects the CEO's time and ensures every interaction is backed by ready, reliable material.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and decision papers ready for review without rework.
Manage calendar, priorities, and follow-ups to protect time for high-value work.
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with complete discretion.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust project management and organizational skills able to run multiple workstreams in parallel.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/dashboarding tools; comfort with data-driven reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of seniority.
High ownership anticipates needs, follows through without reminders, exercises sound judgment on escalation.
Ability to work with ambiguity and convert vague asks into structured, actionable plans.
Absolute discretion and confidentiality with sensitive business information.
