Job Responsibilities

Monitor and implement safety activities at the client plant/site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
Conduct safety training, Toolbox Talks (TBT), and safety awareness programs.
Conduct protected and technical safety talks with employees and site teams.
Ensure proper safety induction and awareness for recent joiners.
Conduct and coordinate the RR (Risk Recognition) Program.
Implement monthly/periodic safety themes and related awareness activities.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, rules, and client requirements.
Maintain safety records, reports, and relevant documentation.
Coordinate with site teams and client representatives on safety-related matters.
Perform other safety-related activities as assigned.

Essential Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial safety experience.
Experience in plant/site safety operations is mandatory.
Valuable communication, training, and safety monitoring skills.
Willingness to work at the client site in Dhanbad.
