Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end contract execution and shipment logistics.
Handle Letters of Credit, import/export documents, and laytime calculations.
Manage shipment expenses, receivables, and payables.
Ensure compliance with trade contracts and shipping requirements.
Maintain records, inventory, and month-end documentation.
Support audits, process improvements, and other trading operations.
Requirements
Experience in trading operations/logistics, preferably commodities.
Solid knowledge of international trade and contract terms.
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, UCP600, ISBP, FOSFA, PORAM, and GAFTA.
Strong Excel, Word, and Power BI skills.
Valuable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
