We are seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive who can efficiently manage customer interactions and support the company's sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
Explain products/services to customers clearly.
Identify sales prospects from customer interactions.
Conduct outbound calls for lead generation.
Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
Convert enquiries into sales.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records.
Meet monthly sales and performance targets.
