retail fixtures, exhibition booths, in-store campaigns, and large-scale retail programs.

Timely Execution: Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality
and budgetary specifications.

Vendor & Logistical Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal
stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to
ensure all physical initiatives align with brand and business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve
efficiency, and enhance the execution of retail programs.

Proven experience in retail operations, merchandising, or project management related to physical retail environments
