nThe role

n

nThis is a cold-calling role at its core, and we mean calling done well.

nNot blind dialing down a list. You'll study the client's product, learn their ideal customer profiles, and research each prospect before you pick up the phone. The goal of every call is a real connection that earns a meeting, not a pitch sprayed at whoever answers. If you treat the phone as a research-led conversation rather than a numbers game, you'll do well here.

Booking sales-qualified meetings for Thyleads clients.

Researching accounts and prospects before every outreach touch

Writing B2B messaging for outreach campaigns
n
Reaching prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email with personalized outreach
n
Handling responses, working through objections, and following up with discipline
n
Working alongside the client's sales and marketing teams
n
Joining weekly client calls.

nWhat you bring

At least 1 year in B2B sales or business development, with real cold-calling experience
n
A track record of selling B2B and a feel for what moves a buyer
n
Strong spoken and written English

Comfort working solo and inside a team
