Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to handle prospective property buyers, qualify leads, explain residential and commercial property opportunities, and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Understand customers’ property requirements, preferred location, configuration, and budget.
Explain relevant residential and commercial projects clearly and professionally.
Qualify interested prospects and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential buyers.
Update lead status, call remarks, follow-up dates, and customer requirements in CRM.
Re-engage old and inactive leads.
Coordinate with sales executives for scheduled site visits and customer meetings.
Work toward daily calling, qualified-lead, site-visit, and conversion targets.




Maintain skilled communication and build strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is essential; working English is preferred.
Basic understanding of real estate sales or telesales is an advantage.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in real estate telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, property portals, lead qualification, or customer follow-up will be preferred.
