Graduate/Postgraduate in English with D.El.Ed./B.Ed.* or relevant teacher education qualification.
Strong command of spoken and written English.

Ability to make English experiential, interactive and joyful* through stories, theatre, role play, discussions, projects, presentations and creative writing.

Willingness to integrate English with art, music, workplace, real-life experiences and other subjects*.

Ability to nurture thinking, communication, confidence and curiosity* in children rather than relying only on textbooks.
Warm, patient and approachable personality with a genuine love for children.

Willingness to learn, experiment, collaborate and grow with Gurukulam's evolving educational vision*.

Residential-school experience is an advantage,



but the right attitude and potential matter more than years of experience*.
