Role Description This is a full-time, in office Growth Team Member role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Growth Team

Member will help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and distribution partners, analyzing performance data, and identifying recent growth opportunities. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers and community partners,



and contributing to creative initiatives that strengthen Supergut’s presence in the market.

Qualifications
Strong interest in growth, marketing, and brand-building, especially in consumer packaged goods or health and wellness sectors
Comfort with data analysis, performance tracking, and basic reporting to inform growth strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
Proactive, experiment-driven mindset with willingness to test new ideas and learn from results
Experience in on-ground brand activations, events, or community engagement is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a growth, marketing, or sales support role is beneficial but not strictly required
