ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist with robust experience in B2B lead generation, funnel optimisation and conversion.

You will manage campaigns across 15+ brands, focusing on high-quality MQLs, lead conversion and revenue, including high-ticket B2B audiences with transaction values of ₹1–2 Cr+.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
Target business owners, investors, franchise buyers and decision-makers.
Build and optimise Lead → MQL → SQL → Conversion funnels.
Monitor CPL, MQL quality, conversion rate,



CAC and revenue.
Manage retargeting, A/B testing and campaign scaling.
Analyse campaign and sales data to improve lead quality and conversion.
Manage campaigns across multiple brands.
Work closely with sales and guide the performance marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS
3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
Proven B2B lead generation experience.
Valuable understanding of MQL, SQL and conversion funnels.
Experience with high-ticket B2B products/services preferred.
Experience managing multiple brands/accounts preferred.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Team management/mentoring experience is a plus.
