Role: Oracle PCM Specialist Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Bangalore Mandatory Skills - 5+ years of consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM/PCMCS).
Experience working on at least 2 Oracle PCM/PCMCS implementations.
Solid understanding of:
Allocation Rules
Allocation Drivers
Cost Pools
Traceability
Reporting
Profitability & Cost Management processes
Experience in building Allocation Models.
Experience with multi-dimensional Profitability Analysis.
Solid understanding of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solution design and implementation lifecycle.
Valuable communication skills with the ability to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly and confidently. Nice-to-Have Skills - Team leadership and mentoring experience.
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working across multiple Oracle PCM/PCMCS implementation projects.
