Position Overview

Support skilled services delivery operations and the resource fulfilment process.

The role is a ground-level execution position covering coordination, tracking, reporting, and operational support.

The stated experience level is 2–5 years, with job locations listed as Mumbai and Bangalore.

Demand and Resource Fulfilment
Support tracking and management of resource requests.
Prepare profiles, coordinate with resources on gaps, and track submissions through partner portals and internal trackers.
Monitor review comments, support interview scheduling, attend interviews, capture notes, and share feedback.
Collect missing information and coordinate with internal stakeholders for demand validation.

Hiring and Onboarding
Coordinate background check attestations, security questionnaires, and partner portal access.
Support onboarding calls, align start dates and hours, and track compliance and onboarding completion for new resources.

Project and Financial Operations
Support project creation, resource allocation, and timesheet tracking on Workday.
Assist with billing validation and invoice coordination.
Track resource allocation changes and utilization updates.





Reporting and Data Collection
Collect daily and weekly hours burndown data from resources and client teams.
Support weekly project health slides, biweekly delivery reports, and ad hoc reporting requests.
Maintain delivery dashboards, fulfilment and pipeline data, trackers, and portal data accurately and audit-ready.

Must-Have Skills
2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or professional services support.
Solid organization, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and multitasking ability.
Ability to work flexible hours for US and European time zone overlap.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Proactive approach, fast learning ability, and basic understanding of resource management, project coordination, or delivery operations.

Good-to-Have Skills
Qualified services or technology consulting experience.
Familiarity with Workday or similar project management tools.
Exposure to vendor or partner management portals, dashboarding, data visualization, cross-geography teams, or consulting delivery environments.
