Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Follow up on leads and maintain a record of interactions in the system.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a positive attitude and solid communication at all times.
Coordinate with sales or backend teams for lead closure and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (freshers welcome).
Positive communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
