Role & responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Support in achieving monthly sales targets and improving store performance.
Supervise store staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.
Maintain proper stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and avoid stock discrepancies.
Monitor product display and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Handle billing, cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
Ensure store hygiene, cleanliness, and overall presentation standards.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for stock replenishment.




Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Support hiring, training, and onboarding of store staff when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational processes.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in handling a retail team and managing customer-facing operations.
Solid understanding of inventory management and store sales processes.
Good communication and team management skills.
Hands-on experience with billing software/POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
Solid problem-solving and customer handling skills.
