Role Overview The role is a techno-functional Business Analyst supporting finance, information systems, and business process improvement.

The position works with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support solution design.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit requirements and communicate progress.
Coordinate with project managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
Support UAT planning, change management, training, and documentation.
Monitor deliverables, analyze market and regulatory changes, maintain system documentation, and identify improvement prospects.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience in Finance, Information Systems, ERP systems, or a related field are required.
Proven Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services, is required.
Gap analysis, feasibility study, IT issue analysis, requirements gathering,



and documentation experience are required.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is required.
The ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team is required.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.

Finance and Systems Expertise
Required finance knowledge includes amortization, deferred costs, accrued income and expenses, depreciation, accounting life cycle, and inventory accounts management.
Required expertise includes general accounting, IFRS 16 lease accounting, accounts controls, and reporting.
Infor SunSystems is listed as a good-to-have technical skill.
Experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools is advantageous.
Relevant finance certification is preferable.
