About the Role
ToneOp is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ToneOp products and services.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
