Role & responsibilities
Financial Record Management Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally ERP, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Payment Processing Create payments to various vendors/parties on banking portals
Accounts Payable & Receivable Handle vendor invoices, customer billing, collections, and ensure timely payments.
Bank Reconciliation Regularly reconcile company bank statements with Tally records to ensure accuracy.
Payroll Processing Manage employee salary records, deductions, and generate payslips using Tally.
Financial Reporting Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
Audit Support Assist internal and external auditors by providing necessary financial data and reconciliations.
Data Accuracy & Security Ensure correctness of entries and safeguard financial data against unauthorized access.
Process Improvement Identify gaps in accounting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
