Job Purpose

To drive sales growth and strengthen the sales and distribution network for the Mattress Business by achieving sales targets, managing channel partners, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring effective market execution and collections.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen the sales and distribution network in the assigned territory.
Drive business growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Mattress Business.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments within the credit period defined by the Company.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other business associates to enhance the Companys market image.
Identify and appoint recent dealers/distributors to expand market reach and improve business penetration.
Provide strategic market inputs and recommendations for business development and market expansion.
Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.




Identify business challenges and operational gaps affecting growth and implement suitable corrective actions aligned with the Company’s long-term objectives.
Ensure effective channel management, territorial control, merchandising activities, product displays, POP materials placement, and distribution of brochures and price lists.
Conduct regular market visits to evaluate dealer performance, distributor effectiveness, branch office efficiency, and implementation of Company policies.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with key customers and channel partners to ensure long-term business continuity.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing for smooth business operations.
Submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence reports, and business development updates to management.

Requirements and skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Proficiency in English & Local Language.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office
Quick learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software is preferred.
