We are looking for a Telecalling Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves generating leads, converting inquiries into potential sales, and handling client communications.

Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our services and generate sales.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure conversions.
Build and maintain solid client relationships through excellent communication.
Provide information on products/services and clarify client queries.
Maintain records of calls and sales using MS Office tools.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle client queries effectively and professionally.

Qualifications:
Any degree (Freshers with solid communication skills can apply).
