Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall Accounts & Finance function.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and working capital.
Manage accounting, MIS, P&L;, financial reporting and audits.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
Manage banking relationships, taxation and financial controls.
Monitor showroom-wise profitability, costs and financial performance.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.
Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team across multiple locations.
