Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in Intensive Care Units (ICU), Cardiac Cath Labs, Operating Theaters (OTs), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs), and Critical Care Units (CCUs).
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families about patient status.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
