We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in domestic IT staffing, contract staffing, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and closing top talent in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.

Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.

Negotiate offers and close deals with candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in domestic IT staffing and contract staffing.

Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with recruitment software and tools is an asset.

Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred (within a week).
