Handle pattern design and casting simulation for CI / SG Iron castings.
Apply correct shrinkage, machining allowance, draft and core provisions.
Modify, repair and maintain existing patterns and tooling.
Identify and resolve pattern-related casting defects.
Coordinate with Design, Foundry, Production and Quality teams.
Ensure pattern accuracy, quality and timely availability for production.
Maintain pattern drawings, records and revision details.
