Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Computer experience required.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in Stores / Inventory preferred.
Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials from suppliers.
Check quantity and material details against purchase documents.
Maintain material inward and outward records.
Issue materials to Production and other departments as per requirement.
Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Properly arrange and identify materials in the store.
Maintain GRN, material issue slips,



and other store documents.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Engineering departments.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about shortages.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety in the store.
Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.

Required Skills
MS Excel and computer experience.
inventory management experience.
Valuable record-keeping ability.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Responsible and organized approach.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
