Title: Manager / Senior Manager

Experience: 2 years +

Education: Graduate

The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in pricing group life insurance products (e.g., term, credit life), along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. The role involves:
Pricing and profitability analysis
Reinsurance negotiations
Development and enhancement of pricing models
Collaboration with sales, underwriting, and finance teams

Pricing & Sales Support
Prepare competitive and profitable quotations for group credit life insurance schemes
Provide timely resolution of queries related to product, pricing, and process to support business acquisition and retention

· Stakeholder Management
Liaise with Group Sales, internal departments, and reinsurers for finalization of quotations

· Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and maintain profitability standards

· Reporting & MIS
Monitoring experience analysis and reporting to respective internal committees
