We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester - LoadRunner with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team in Hemti. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Learning / EdTech and excellent testing skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Design and implement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner.
Develop and execute test cases to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Create and maintain performance testing scripts and reports.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of performance testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with E-Learning / EdTech industry trends and technologies.
