Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, development teams, and clients.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
Conduct project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and monitoring.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
Manage change requests and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in Project Management.
Experience in Agile, Scrum,



or Waterfall methodologies.
Project planning and execution.
Risk and stakeholder management.
Team coordination and leadership.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

Preferred:
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
Experience managing application development or digital transformation projects.
Exposure to cloud projects (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Mandatory Criteria:
9+ years of total IT experience.
Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager.
Solid stakeholder and team management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
