About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to the Sales, Customer, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Support Sales with technical-commercial quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and international principals.
Review drawings, specifications and technical documents.
Support product/application selection and order handover.
Prepare technical comparisons, presentations and reports.

Required Skills
Solid Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
Knowledge of drawings, GD&T;, machine elements, machining & fabrication.
Basic understanding of industrial automation and electrical/controls.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
CAD knowledge – SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo / Inventor – is an advantage.
Robust communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner with a strong technical curiosity and ownership mindset.
