Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality control checks on manufactured medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Inspect products using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc. to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspection results, including photographs and documentation of findings.
Ensure adherence to ISO 13485:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues related to product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
Check and inspect materials during production at every stage to ensure compliance with standards.
Thoroughly inspect finished products before dispatch to ensure zero defects and customer satisfaction.
Have core knowledge of Orthopaedic implants and instruments.
Solid attention to detail with a quality first mindset.
