Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator – Inventory Management to support inventory and manufacturing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining inventory-related records, and preparing reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update inventory-related data accurately and on time in Oracle/ERP systems.
Verify documents and ensure correctness of information before making system entries.
Coordinate with Stores, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other teams to collect required information.
Track and maintain records of approved GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a timely basis.
Prepare dispatch-related documents based on product and dispatch information.




Coordinate and proactively share vehicle dispatch information with the Supply Chain team.
Ensure material is issued in the system as per BOM and Material Issuance Slip.
Follow applicable financial controls and procedures as instructed by the reporting manager.

Required Skills:
Valuable computer knowledge.
Hands-on experience with ERP/Business ERP systems.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Positive attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in Pharma, Nutraceutical, Food or FMCG industries will be relevant for this position.
