Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare and manage quotations, commercial proposals, and sales negotiations.
Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, pricing, samples, documentation, and order status.
Monitor sales orders, dispatches, payments, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
Work closely with QA/QC and Finance teams to meet customer and business requirements.
Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to generate new business.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
Ensure achievement of sales targets, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business development goals.

Required Skills & Experience:




Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Sales / Marketing / Business Development.
Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical products and markets.
Proven experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and business development.
Robust negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Positive analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business development, and industry events.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
