Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – QMS with 15–18 years of experience in Aerospace Quality Management. The candidate should have robust expertise in AS9100, NADCAP, multi-ISO standards, audit management, RCA, CAPA, document control, quality risk management, supplier/customer quality, and major aerospace OEM requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organization's QMS and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Manage AS9100, NADCAP and ISO compliance and certification requirements.
Plan and lead internal, external, customer, certification and regulatory audits.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA and corrective-action effectiveness.
Manage QMS procedures, work instructions, records and document control.
Identify and mitigate quality and process risks.
Manage supplier quality, supplier audits, performance and corrective actions.
Handle customer quality issues,



complaints and non-conformances.
Ensure compliance with major Aerospace OEM quality requirements.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams for quality problem resolution.
Support management reviews and ensure timely closure of quality actions.
Mentor and guide the QMS/Quality team.

Candidate Profile
15–18 years of experience in Quality/QMS.

Solid knowledge of aerospace quality systems and manufacturing requirements.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
