We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Technical Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-stack development and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and productive software applications.
Lead the development team in achieving project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality codebases using best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
Robust proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of back-end technologies including Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
