Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and support Citrix VDI/CVA environments.
Install, configure, upgrade, and manage Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop farms.
Design and implement Citrix infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix application and server-related issues.
Manage and optimize Windows Server settings supporting Citrix platforms.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate system changes, upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
Ensure high availability, stability, and smooth operation of Citrix services.
Provide technical support to users and assist in resolving production incidents.
Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and application teams.
Required Skills:
Hands on experience in Citrix Administration/VDI support.
Solid hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), XenApp, and XenDesktop.
Valuable knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
Experience in Citrix farm management, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and networking concepts.
Experience in troubleshooting Citrix infrastructure and user access issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
