Role: Delivery Partner / Rider

Job Responsibilities
Pick up customer orders from the assigned store/hub.
Deliver groceries, food, daily essentials and other customer orders.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned orders.
Use the delivery partner mobile app for order allocation, navigation and delivery updates.
Handle customer orders safely and professionally.
Ensure products reach customers in positive condition.
Collect COD payments where applicable and follow the required cash-handling process.
Report delivery issues, delays or customer-related concerns through the appropriate process.
Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines and delivery procedures.
Maintain hygiene and proper handling of food and other products.
Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike and smartphone in valuable working condition.

Eligibility
Minimum 18 years of age.




Valid two-wheeler Driving Licence.
Own bike/scooter preferred.
Valid RC, insurance and other applicable vehicle documents.
Android smartphone.
PAN and Aadhaar/KYC documents.
Active bank account.
Basic knowledge of local routes in Bangalore.
Comfortable using Google Maps and mobile applications.
Willing to work flexible shifts.
Freshers can apply.
Previous delivery experience will be an advantage.

Earnings & Benefits
Potential earnings of 20,000-45,000+ per month, depending on orders, working hours and incentives.
