Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee queries related to salary and advantages.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and labour regulations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Conduct exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.
Support training and development initiatives.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance is an advantage.
