Channel Partner Strategy Execution (Swiggy and Zomato)
Support execution of strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns across aggregator partners.
Ensure timely implementation of offers, discounts, combos, and platform-specific marketing activities.
Validate offer configurations and execution accuracy.
Monitor campaign performance and report execution status
Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution
Act as the first point of contact for aggregator-related operational issues affecting stores.
Coordinate with internal teams, store operations, and channel partners to ensure timely resolution of pickup and delivery-related challenges.
Liaise with POS partners to drive issue closure and system-related resolutions.
Conduct regular menu hygiene audits across all aggregator platforms to ensure product availability, descriptions, and imagery.




Monitor and resolve store closure and menu closure incidents
Discount Coupon & Settlement Management
Manage coupon performance tracking and settlement reconciliation
Work closely with tech team to address settlement discrepancies
Financial Governance & Reconciliation
Ensure timely processing and pay out of aggregator-related invoices and marketing spend claims.
Coordinate closely with Finance teams for commission validation
Support monthly and periodic reconciliation exercises between internal records and aggregator statements
