Location: Darul Shifa / Noor Khan bazar, Hyderabad (Work from Office only)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / HR skilled to lead and manage our caregiver recruitment team supporting our U.S.-based home care operations. The person will oversee day-to-day recruiting activities, ensure hiring targets are met, liaise with US management, and maintain a smooth and timely recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the recruitment team handling caregiver hiring.
Set daily/weekly recruitment targets and monitor team performance.
Oversee job postings, applicant calls, screening, follow-ups, and candidate coordination.
Ensure timely collection and verification of required caregiver paperwork.
Coordinate caregiver orientation and ensure candidates progress through each stage of hiring.
Track recruitment pipelines and identify delays,



drop-offs, and areas for improvement.
Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve productivity and quality.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.
Ensure recruitment processes follow company standards and client requirements.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably managing a recruiting team for a US company.
Excellent English fluency (mandatory), organizational, and people-management skills.
Experience with high-volume recruitment and candidate follow-up.
Ability to work with U.S.-based clients/candidates and accommodate U.S. business hours.
Robust ownership, attention to detail, and ability to meet recruitment targets.

Location: DarulShifa / Noor Khan Bazaar Office.
