Job Summary

FICSI is looking for an experienced Manager Food Safety & Compliance Training to lead technical content and training operations in food safety and compliance. The role will ensure that FICSI’s training programs are aligned with FSSAI regulations, industry requirements and competency standards, while maintaining high standards of trainer and program quality.

The position will also engage with food industry stakeholders and training partners, contribute to industry consultations, and develop regular communication content on key food safety regulations, updates and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in Food Safety and Training Content.
Manage training operations, trainers, and program quality
Ensure technical content is aligned with applicable food safety regulations, industry practices, and competency standards.
Support industry consultations and stakeholder meetings with food processing companies and training partners.
Develop newsletter content on FSSAI regulations and updates.
