Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate resolutions.
Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain high standards of communication, customer service, and process compliance.
Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
Candidate Requirements
B.Com / MBA Finance graduation is mandatory.
Candidates with 2+ years of experience in international voice/customer service/BPO processes can apply.
Excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in US night rotational shifts.
Willingness to work from the Badshahpur location.
Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and professional.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven workplace.
Previous experience in an international voice process will be an advantage.
