Welcoming & thanking guests
Coordinating & maintaining liaison with various depts. To handle all Guest requests.
Development and implementation of Recent Guest Relationship Program, coordination various tasks.
Front Desk operations, welcoming clients, guiding them to the
concerned departments.
Handling of Guest queries, Complaints and requests.
