Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and site teams.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Ensure timely project completion while maintaining cost efficiency.
Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
Resolve site-related issues and maintain project documentation.
Manage vendors, contractors, manpower, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and report updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile
BE in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
56 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
Solid knowledge of construction planning, execution, and site coordination.




Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling software.
