Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop current Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Build and maintain a productive agency force in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Activate recent advisors and improve the productivity of existing advisors.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with advisors.
Guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversion.
Develop advisor-wise business plans and track performance against targets.
Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
