Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor / Foreman who can independently supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities as per drawings and instructions.
Manage and deploy labour teams efficiently according to daily work requirements.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
Supervise PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring and other civil works.
Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship before and during execution.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools and manpower at site.
Monitor daily work progress and report the same to the Site Engineer / Management.
Maintain site discipline and ensure secure working practices.
Identify site problems and coordinate with the Engineer for timely solutions.
Minimize material wastage and improve labour productivity.
Ensure work is completed according to required quality and schedule.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
