Designation: Team Leader - Service Unit

Office Location: Hosur Plant (Plant), Karnataka Mysore Plant (Plant)

Position description:

To ensure availability of machines in the respective unit, by adhering to PM schedule and carrying out corrective maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen.
Maintain 2s and VCS updating.
Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule.
Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis
Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis.
Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC.




Transparent the abnormalities unsafe conditions identified in audits and carryout process instruments calibration.
Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.
Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.

Educational qualifications preferred
Category: Diploma
Field specialization: Electrical and Electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Mechatronics
Degree: Diploma
