AEM Replication (Forward & Reverse Replication)
OSGi
Apache Sling
Apache Oak
Maven-based Build & Deployment
Adobe Dispatcher
AEM Security Best Practices
Content Publishing & Migration
Workflow Development & Automation

Additional Preferred Skills
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
React or Angular (Valuable to Have)
Adobe Analytics Integration
CI/CD and DevOps Practices
Oracle / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Certification
Agile Development Experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and pages
Design and maintain AEM architecture using Sling,



OSGi, and Oak
Configure and manage replication processes
Design custom workflows and automation
Handle content migration and publishing processes
Optimize performance using Adobe Dispatcher and CDN integrations
Integrate Adobe Analytics with AEM solutions
Support build and deployment activities using Maven and CI/CD pipelines
