Role & responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the service center and efficiently manage workshop workflow.
Supervise, train, and guide a team of mechanics and service technicians.
Ensure all two-wheeler servicing, maintenance, and repairs meet high-quality standards and delivery timelines.
Manage spare parts inventory, job cards, and daily service records.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related escalations professionally.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Technician in the two-wheeler auto industry.
Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and diagnostics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a rapid-paced, customer-facing workplace.
