Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office activities.
Handle student, parent, visitor, and staff queries professionally.
Maintain student records, documents, registers, and files.
Support the admission and enrollment process.
Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and official communication.
Maintain attendance, fee records, receipts, and other required documentation.
Assist teachers and management with administrative requirements.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the premises.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth daily operations.
Handle data entry, reports,



photocopying, printing, and other office work.
Ensure school/institute property, equipment, and resources are properly maintained.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate, depending on the position.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual, organized, and qualified.
Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and management.
Relevant experience will be an advantage.

General Expectation

All non-teaching staff are expected to maintain skilled conduct, punctuality, confidentiality, discipline, and a student-friendly environment while supporting the smooth operation of the school/institute.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
